When should I arrive?

Arrival

Plan to arrive at Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport (MSY airport code) on Wednesday November 29th by 3pm at the latest. Depending on traffic, a car ride to the hotel can take 20-35 minutes. Our Welcome Reception will begin at 5:30pm. Feel free to arrive earlier, get settled, and enjoy the sights nearby!

When should I depart?

Departure

Content will end on Friday December 1st at 11am. Plan to depart anytime after 1:30pm on Friday December 1st if you are not golfing.If you'd like to join us for the BLS golf classic, we will tee off at noon on Friday December 1st and return to the hotel by 6pm. You can opt to stay another night at the hotel or depart that evening.
